What do you do on a PlayTrail ?

Climb Tiny House Mountain!
Mountain climbers enjoy a panoramic view of the PlayTrail from Tiny House Mountain, a tumbling hill built to preschool scale.  Children can scale the mini-mountain, roll down or climb through the tunnel.

Sing willow, willow, willow!
Preschool pals follow their shadows into a live willow tunnel that winds its way through the center of our PlayTrail.

Make Pies in the Mud Kitchen

Forget the apron! Chefs ladle up muddy soups and serve sunshine-baked clay cookies in the Mud Kitchen.

Float Leaf Boats in Dale’s Creek
A gurgling stream springs up in the middle of the PlayTrail and flows gently into a shallow frog pond. Children can play along the stony bed, sending leaf boats over the waterfalls or fishing for bugs

Boxerwood is developing the PlayTrail in conjunction with the Dale Waller Early Childhood in Nature Program launched Fall, 2006.
